Orders & Payments 

Orders are confirmed via email within one working day of being placed.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk folder and, if the confirmation has still not been received, contact our Customer Service Team.

Payment is taken at the time of order to ensure secure processing. If a product is unavailable after payment, we will issue a full refund within 28 days.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Some financial service providers may charge a handling fee, but this does not affect the total amount you pay.

Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclude delivery costs unless expressly stated.

UK delivery: £4.99 or free for orders over £20.

Orders for delivery to UK addresses are sent within 3 to 5 working days via a Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service.

Orders for delivery to non-UK addresses are delivered within 5 to 15 days but this may vary depending on final delivery address.

Delivery Address: Orders are delivered to the address provided. If undeliverable, Royal Mail or international equivalent will reattempt delivery and if unsuccessful return to sender. Redelivery may incur additional charges.

Customs duties may apply outside the UK and are the customer’s responsibility.

Ownership & Risk: Ownership and risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery and full payment.
